The tuck boxes for the Chameleon cards is very similar to the one used for the Classic Black deck. The cards themselves have an interesting, albeit plastic-y, feel to them.
Mike, I think those Classics are /50, not /60.Mike Ratledge wrote:Some truly outstanding decks arrived today! Lorenzo's Stockholm Reserva N°17 (#3/74) and both silver and gold gilded decks of Uusi's Classic to go in that awesome hand made and finished cypress box (with Swedish flag logo). I'll wait a few weeks before I de-clump them. Basically, they look like single slabs of metal right now. . It's best if I let them dry another couple of weeks first.EvanEssence wrote:let's open up those gilded decks and check em out mike!
Yep, you are correct, Robert. I hadn't looked that closely. Those are "5", not "6".RSLancastr wrote:Mike, I think those Classics are /50, not /60.Mike Ratledge wrote:Some truly outstanding decks arrived today! Everything is standard of course. But it's definitely unique as far as Playboy decks go.Eoghann wrote:What do the courts look like?
These are from the original campaign. I didn't pledge on the Noir Arts version.volantangel wrote:Allan was this from the new campaign or the original one ??
Vic, is that the one from the Atlantic City club?jerichoholic wrote:Everything is standard of course. But it's definitely unique as far as Playboy decks go.

The Walmarts around my way probably won't have them if they didn't have the mint and forest green decks. I'll keep an ebay lookout plus I wanna see how courts look.

Nice backs, but I stopped buying Congress decks once I realized that they all have standard courts.nECr0MaNCeD wrote:Some Congress sets. The top I got on Etsy for $8. The bottom set is from my local thrift store. I paid $1 for them. They are complete and in good condition.
Nice find! I'd heard about this deck, but have yet to run across one. This deck, also from the thrift store was quite a surprise. The bottom of the deck says "NOT FOR SALE. Printed in the United States for the Dept. of Defense." They look to be made for service members being deployed to Iraq/Afghanistan and each card has a message about preserving artifacts or looting and what to do about it. The deck is opened but still has it's cello, is complete and is in pristine condition. The stock and finish feel like USPCC but there are no markings from the maker. If anyone has info about this deck it would be greatly appreciated.
I've gotten a red, a green and a blue-backed one of these, all from eBay. I also got a similarly packaged Coke/Polar bear mini and a Scooby Doo mini, each with the keychain-like thing. Not sure how I'm going to store them, though.A miniature 404 Rider Back Deck in a plastic case with a key chain clip. The deck and plastic are in perfect condition and the deck is complete.
