I think Dentyne has an Emerald Legacy for sale. Check out his thread. If not, do a word search in this Buy/sell/trade section and you might see one.
Good luck on the Scarlett Legacy. They do show up on occasion, but it will take a whole lot of pocket change. It never hurts to ask. Someone might want to sell theirs so they could buy a ton of Lorenzo's Keymaster stuff or something else (like buy a new car).
edit: Nope, it doesn't look like Dentyne has an Emerald Legacy anymore. He does have a Legacy Black Diamond and 2 Legacy Olive sets for sale though. I also checked adams_osu, but he didn't have an Emerald Legacy for sale on his list either.
Actually, Spectre has an Emerald Legacy on eBay. You can contact him through a PM here at UC. I know he sells them here for less and let's you pocket what he would have paid in eBay fees.
