Wow, that design is popping. Really liking that style! Were you thinking of just the two decks tgt or having multiple variants of each deck as well (shiny/non shiny)?

I prefer one variant with foil only for both.

That would be pretty bombing for me! If you have lots of ideas for decks I think you should do it! However, it might be good to note that some people might not want to spend too much every month on decks and in the end might only but 1 of the 2 netting less profits. (Not sure if it matters)

If you are talking about $20-30 decks, I agree. Making a deck with foil only (without basic version) should reduce costs on higher volume. Otherwise, you should print at least 2000(foil)+2000 (without foil) to have the same result. I believe this year some "standard" cold foiled decks will be available on KS for $9-12.

I will! I only ever keep decks I've bought purely for resale sealed. I have some that I haven't gotten round to opening yet, though, so a few buyers have gotten lucky.

Exactly! My renders were extremely real! But the deck is better in person. I cannot explain why.

I have one question. Do you think it's ok if I send 3-5 cards from Black Tiki deck to some backers NOW (to 7-10 backers max)? USPCC decks are not ready so they will receive samples before other backers. I am not going to discuss who will receive them, but I have a list based on some internal rules

Now if only more designers would do checks like this. You're only sending a few cards, not decks. If it's for reviews or promo on social media, nobody's going to say anything. Or if these are a 'special' category of backers (birthdays, surprises, long time backers)

Even if it's decks, most, if not all, won't say anything as you're shipping them as they come in according to backer numbers, reviewers or biggest pledge. The biggest issue if it's sold elsewhere before backers get them. If you do send out decks early to some, do be sure to give an update on why some backers will receive it first and when the others will be coming in.

As a backer, yeah, I am totally fine with you sending out a few samples to some of your backers. Doesn't hurt me any, and it adds to the excitement.

It's time for some gifts! As we are waiting USPCC decks (Red and White), some Hello Tiki backers will receive 3-5 early preview cards from the Black Tiki deck. Shipped in an envelope from NZ.

I have a set of rules why I am going to send cards to this list! But it does not mean that some backers are better than you It's just my subjective view! IMPORTANT: I respect backer's privacy and almost never know your real names/KS usernames. That's why I don't know who backed my projects from UC. There are some exceptions. SO If you backed at least 5 my campaigns (including Hello Tiki) please PM me via KS or UC with the details. Anyway this list is just 10-12 backers max so first come first served.

From this forum: @Bruno (unsuspend please), @rousselle, @Bradius, @PrincessTrouble @Mike_Ratledge, @CommentNameHere . Two backers are from other sources. I'll use last campaign's address. Send me a message if your address has changed. I'll open one of three decks I received from Cartamundi and send all cards from this deck on Saturday/Monday.

I happened to get a sample card the other day and it just happened to land next to a Damask Court by Lotrek. I just had to share the contrast in style. Both great, but very different.

Somehow I get the impression that the Damask king is a bit annoyed by his neighbor.
