I'm in the same boat as I am learning more about some incredible decks I had no idea existed! I like looking back at past winners/nominees as well. My P52 wishlist is growing much too large.
When you're ready, post your choice in this thread so #4 is aware of what's still available. Cheers

Not your fault! I intended to send you a PM earlier, after I posted my prize pick, and then did not do that, for reasons possibly linked to some kind of brain-eating prion disease. Sorry for the confusion.
I resemble that remark. I know that feeling all to well, just ask my wife :).

My apologies to all, I feel terrible for holding everyone up. I did my best to choose in haste so that things can progress. Thanks to everyone who donated prizes and made this possible and thanks to the admins for their infinite patience in dealing with a project of this size.

I loved going through the nominees and deciding on who to vote for, and it exposed me to a ton of decks I might not otherwise have known about. So so many gorgeous decks being made and released nowadays!
Please post your choice here so people know what has been claimed and then PM the next person on the list of winners!!! (Also PM whoever offered the reward)

Merlebird, you disappoint me *facepalm* lol but I'm glad this has been worked out. Guess I'll be PM winners myself as we run through the list to be absolutely sure that winners are aware that they actually won and are up for selecting their prizes... *sigh* The problem with doing myself rather than relying on winners to pass on a PM after their selection is that I'm not ALWAYS online to be managing this small detail and it could slow things down instead of a PM being sent asap after selection has been made by the winner before them... :?

btw, Risible selected Lotrek's prize of 1 x SANCTUS (signed) & 1 x Arabesque: Gold, Collector's Edition (signed)

yushucc is up :)

One and only post in January, hasn't been online for close to three weeks. Let's hope that Risible comes to claim a prize and not miss out on getting amazing and free decks.
Just wanted to respond to this, as I can understand why people might be upset.

About 3 weeks ago now I got the flu. It took me out for a week, and then it got into my lungs and that took me out for another two weeks. I'm currently on antibiotics and feeling better. During that time I didn't do much surfing at all, basically worked (I teach and can't really just take that much time off, basically only took off on the days I had a fever) and collapsed and fell asleep.

I'm not usually a "enter contest and disappear" forum kind of guy, but I will say I am totes a lurker. I tend not to post too much only because I rarely feel like I have anything awesome to add to the convo, it always feel like everyone has already said everything worth saying :)

So I'm sure you'll see me on if you look for my username, but I tend to post far and few between. I've been on some forums for well over a decade and only accumulated a hundred posts or so. That being said I always appreciate all the cool posters who make lurking forums so much fun :). Thanks for your passion and effort, you guys rock.

I did a double-take and then triple-checked, as I was like "This is a prize and wasn't selected first??" That being said, the ones that were selected prior were no slouches :).

Great choice, yushucc!

I am happy to select the Planets Series offered by UC's own Bradius. I will send him out a message forthwith (that's a word, right?).

THANK YOU to this group for allowing me to grow my collection and I look forward to more discussions forthwith. Now I can't stop using that word. Cheers!

EDIT: If I didn't already have Lorenzo's little masterpieces, I would have gone for that, for sure. It was between Alex's mystery brick and the Planets. Oh, and the Thirdway decks :)

The Planet series was my second choice, as it's another of my white whales. It's going to look SICK in the included Carat case! Congrats!

Ok, that made my choice easier. Was also eyeing Alex's Mystery brick. Ah well, since I was bugging Amy so much about whether we hit Alex Montenzi's magic number, I'll go for his 2 x custom green NEO: WAVE variant .

Will PM both him and HFMJ as well . Thanks!
(Still can't believe I'm actually one of the winners and at no 6 to boot! I just hope I didn't use up all my luck for 2019 already.)

I received the PM from Eric. Was eyeing that prize too :D . Unfortunately I won't be as fast as the previous winners have been. I am at work now, but tonight after I get home I will take one more look at the at the prizes and pick one. I hope this is ok. Feeling so gratefull and lucky to be a part of a great community and having the chance to participate in such amazing contests. :ugdance:

Wow that moved fast... looks like I'll be next after HFMJ.

I was eyeing the mystery brick from Alex Chin but bummers.. :(

One possible selection I'm eyeing is the Jack and Jokers Club Membership (think I am safe since there's 2 slots of this available), but I have no idea about this membership. I've checked online and don't see much explanation on this. Would anyone give me a run down of the benefits of this membership?

Thanks!

eBay is "risky" no matter what. For selling and buying.

When you can't inspect prior to purchase, and you can't verify delivery yourself, it's always risk/reward.

Luckily, I haven't had any problems (yet). In more recent years I try to only deal with users that have 100% feedback. There are "eBay the eBay official eBay thread eBay" and "eBay Blocked Users List" threads on my comics forum that help us weed out deadbeat buyers and sellers.

One time - a guy bought a $50 comic, claimed he received the wrong comic, and then returned a magazine with a ripped off comic cover. That's how absolutely insane some losers are in this world. The seller loses out on $50 and doesn't even get the product (that he definitely sent) returned.
