ICantShuffle - I understand your point of view: crowdfunding is all about trust, and I'm making a project about Betrayal.

One of the reasons I've started designing cards is that I always had bosses that were scared about strong choices - They could reject an entire design for one aggressive color.
This made me a little reckless
I think that bold choices are one of my core values, now - I've did with cards all the stuff I couldn't do for "normal" brands, and so far it went well.

Anyways, I want to reassure everyone: the project is 100% serious and safe, and all the surprises I have in mind are POSITIVE - Don't worry

Anyways, there is a very good surprise on the table, that won't increase the cost at all on your side (I'm serious here, no betrayal jokes).

With Betrayers, I wanted to push as much as I can the "completely different courts" part.

I'm in for the trio as well, but don't these seem a bit expensive? No embossing mentioned for the Lucis and Tenebra tucks.

Almost 40$ for the LE. That's more than the price I have been seeing for gilded decks. Hopefully, gilding is one of the betrayals/stretch goals.

I hope the stretch goals add some features to all 3 decks.

Betrayers kidding apart, pricing is always relative - I'm aware that the limited isn't cheap, but consider that stretch goals are not unlocked yet

That's what I'm hoping! They were just some thoughts I had. I like the cards and your style.

I am pretty new to all of this collecting, I definitely NEED that orange foil tuck Lunatica Pheonix deck. Orange is my favorite color.

I look forward to picking up some of your other offerings as well.

There is high demand for these decks so the limited print run editions tends to be pricey. Supply and Demand and all that. It isnt always a simple X features = Y price problem.

Usually this is true - but for Betrayers Invictus, there is also a feature that will made it very valuable (not revealed yet)

Yes, Omnia Suprema is the rarest I've produced so far The ones who got it on the KS campaign in 2015 should be really happy now hehe.

Just a "little" update. Invictus will have cold foil on backs

I'm sure that some Unitedcardists saw this coming.

Now, a little insight about this - I wasn't going to use cold foil on Betrayers. The new style uses gradients, that are impossible to combine with foil.

However, a lot of UC members asked me for cold foil (Alric, Bradius, Allan, Icanshuffle....) - so, when I was designing the limited edition, I thought a way to make it happen (basically redesigning the graphics only with flat shapes). The result is the box and the back of Betrayers Invictus. When possible, I try to follow good advices hehe

The other reason of this is, of course, the stunning House of the Rising Spade
