Okay, the deck *I* had been talking about which led to some of the confusion about which deck I was talking about. THAT deck.

52 Plus Joker's free Virtual Weekend Event for playing card collectors on April 26th & 27th, 2025

Hey, everyone! Consider this my plug for a fun online event that 52+J has been putting on for a few years now. I've enjoyed it every time I've attended, and I plan to attend this year as well. From a recent e-mail to Club members: 52 Plus Joker's Virtual Playing Card Weekend will be packed with unfo...

Re: Stockholm17 Anthology by Lorenzo Gaggiotti

Remember, the decks we are talking about are rejects. By contract (assuming this is a standard arrangement), WJPC really can't sell them to anyone else, so if Lorenzo doesn't buy them, they technically have to be pulped. So, rather than pay to pulp them, they offer Lorenzo a deal -- buy these from u...

With all due love and grace to Lotrek, who I have been backing right from the start and who has been very kind in return, I will nonetheless confess that this is how I read his posts, and if you read his posts this way as well, it will save you much heartache: "I will be shipping it later [toda...

To commemorate Muslim's holiday of Eid Al-Fitr (Idul Fitri), I took photos of QALIF Playing Cards: You can check it here: https://imgur.com/a/jucETdj Based on your photos, this is one of the sharpest, most interesting decks to me that Lotrek has done. Hopefully I'll be able to get my hands on one a...

Where did you get that as my point or perspective? 16$ or 13$ each if you get both. I don't think I would buy one for half that price. Sorry for being honest? But, to Rouselle's point, some people may like it and that's ok. In fact, 78 people like it so far. I suppose I could have worded it better....

I love it that Randy keeps trying new styles and new techniques. To JazzBaloo's point, not every attempt is going to resonate the same with everyone in the audience, and that's okay.

Keep on doing new things, Randy! I'm always intrigued to see what you do next.

Hi, all.

Kevork did reach out to me, and I've been remiss in focusing my attention on this. Since I just logged on, I haven't likely given the site enough opportunity to give the the error (if it's still going on). Are y'all still seeing it?

Resurrecting this thread because some great popcorn movies have just come out and are coming our way this year (and it's more fun to talk about than the current state of politics or economics.) USPCC started what was announced to be a 10-deck series, something along the lines of "Bicycle Limited." They released the first two, and then completely revised their business model and that was the end of that. I don't have photos handy, but next time I stumble upon them, I'll grab a pic.

If the US tariffs on Chinese imports happen, which seems like a very real possibility, I wonder what that will do to our fair hobby and to producers like KWP who do much of their manufacturing with Chinese print shops. I hope KWP doesn't take a bath on this project if that trade war gets into full s...

The image on the Ace reminds me of a quote that seems kinda funny in light of the fact that they can't sell this to certain countries: "Some days, you just can't get rid of a bomb!" (I find it funny, but no, I don't really think this deck is a bomb. I like it. I hope it does well. I'm sure...
