Ellusionist have denied that it is Red Artifice V2...

Looks gold to me.

Gold would be nice but clearly it is red (reddish)

I'm tired of artifice. Next idea please!

I can't recall what was going on with that table. Whether the red thing was a Bike deck, or if was a Blue Artifice and the light just made it look red - or whatever. What I can say, unequivocally, is we have not, and we will not, make a bordered Red Artifice. The Red Artifice has been made. It was a limited edition. It's been done, we've moved on.

The photo we released below is not about decks - it's about the three magicians in the room. It's about a project we've been working on for some time - and we'll be adding more information to that probably on Facebook over the next few weeks. Sorry guys - no conspiracy about new decks being released here. This is a magic project.

Well that may be true, but if you were releasing any of those decks it's not like you would jump on here and actually tell us that beforehand, so i'm going to just wait and see.

I'm pretty sure they wouldn't lie about it either, so I'm going to believe Jake. Either way, it's not like we have a detailed picture of a never before seen design to "prove" anything.

There is quite the difference between being deliberately vague and doing what Jake did now and flat-out said that there is none planned nor will there be one made in the future. Had they been planning one but don't want people to know just yet, they'd either not respond in a thread like this, or they'd be responding with something vague.

1. I also want to belive Ellusionist... When they said there is no Red Rounders... they've realeased it 3 months later!

2. Note that Ellusionist has not denied that they are preparing a new Artifice deck - they've only denied color - Red.

3. Maybe I am wrong seeing new Artifice decks there. When you try really hard to see something else there - you can even spot weather balloon on that table... Alcohol helps in that.

4. There is a marketing trick - discover people's reaction by using controlled leak about new (possible) products - in the past had been used many times by Apple testing new designs for iPhones. Denying is the part of that technique.

5. Also it is possible that this time it was unwanted leak - someone by accident has made and published photo with few sample decks on the table...

6. There is one simple solution to dispel all doubts - showing that photo in higher (original) resolution or even another without "light's reflection".
Somehow I am sure that "was deleted" or "camera was broken" or "was made only like that by very old phone" and it won't happen.
