Theory11 Titanium Bee decks are border-less, very nice, and cheap.

Depending on what you define as affordable:
(Artsy) Lost Wax by Art of Play
(Transformation) A Motley pack: heritage edition by Guru Playing cards
(Historical) 1864 Highlanders by US Game Systems
(Fun) Composition by Penguin Magic
(Unique) Grid series by Luke Wadley

If you are looking for a cheap every day deck then Titanium Bees are your best bet. Most decks labeled as "cardistry" decks will be borderless as well (like Cardistry Club Zero by Vanda)

Check the flickr link in my signature to see what those decks look like as well as some other borderless decks.

One of my favorites is this year's Equinox reprint by Kings Wild Project: https://kingswildproject.com/products/e ... 0609687637

Thanks I'll take a look. I like what Luke does with designs. Backing him right now on his current Kickstarter campaign.
