You have to ask yourself. Does this work. Did I break any rules...

Please explain, the card is symmetrical so I am not sure what you are referring to. Thanks

I really love how these decks are turning out but I do agree that the spade pip does not look good.

It's funny how you use a six sided star in the middle and a ? sided star in the... They do have different meanings...

The stars are just representing lawmen since they wore star badges in the west, some were six and some were 5, some were not stars but 6 stars are symmetrical so we need to use them to keep the card symmetrical in the middle.

Yep I agree the new ones look much nicer with the extra detail.

If I had to choose between the two, then I like the slightly higher contrast of the first one.

Thanks glad you like them, I like the first one as well. Not sure if I should change the stripes in the middle to black or not. But I like this design better. Thanks!

Hey, made changes to the Outlaw Back. Made changes to the guy, the hat, and the scroll work. Both cards tie in together better. Let me know what you think and what color you like better.

Thanks,

I'm sorry if you're not able to unsee this, but it looks like the outlaw is giving you two thumbs up.

I give a "thumbs up" to #1 too. Took me a second to see them.

Have you had anyone put a bandana mask on like in your drawing for perspective? The outlaws face looks flat to me. I wonder if a "nose" would give it depth or be flat as you have it in real life. Just my thought.

Here is the King of Diamonds - Virgil Earp

"Virgil Walter Earp was Tombstone, Arizona City Marshal when he led his brothers Morgan and Wyatt and Doc Holliday in a confrontation with outlaw Cowboys at the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral on October 26, 1881" per Wikipedia

I like the new Lawman back. In comparison the Outlaw looks very plain. Maybe add more outlaw stolen stuff.

I think your Spades should be more rounded and not have the "lower corners" look.

Hope this helps. Looking forward to this....

King of Clubs - James Butler "Wild Bill" Hickok of the Lawmen Deck of the Wild West Playing Card Project.

"Wild Bill of the American Old West is known for his skills as a scout, lawman, gunfighter and gambler. He was a professional gambler who was involved in several notable shootouts. In 1876, Hickok was shot from behind and killed while playing poker in a saloon. The poker hand he supposedly held at his death has become known as the dead man's hand. There are a few hands that were suspected of being the Dead Man's hand but the most widely accepted was black aces and black eights." per Wikipedia

Hey Everyone, I have been working on getting the project ready for Relaunch. I am going with United States Playing Card Company and I have changed the shape of the suits. Some of the feedback is people did not like the shape of the spades. We have changed the shape of the suits. Here is a preview. Thanks, Justin
