I finally received my ss15 decks last week. After waiting for over 2 months to get them they arrived in not the best condition. I ordered a brick and if they had of been kept in there brick box for shipping maybe they would of been ok but they were all loose. Can't say I'm happy at all.
I've sent the virts a ticket and have heard nothing back in over a week. They aim to get back to emails within 12 hours!! Maybe they should think about removing that bit!
As I've said before, I'm a fan of the virts, what they do & there decks. What has always been a feature is there customer services. Unfortunately they have failed epically this time.
-Wait for over 2 months because they over sold the original run.
-Decks turn up damaged or defective. They looked like alias of loose decks picked up off the floor!!
-cant get any reply from them when trying to contact them.
So if anyone does speak to any of the virts team, or if any of them happen to see this, please get back to my emails. I'm a loyal customer. So much so that I didn't really want to post on a public forum about my experience but in the end I was running out of things to try.
