We will be getting 4 bankroll decks, and all 4 will be available in a Christmas giveaway starting in early December.

I like that JP playing cards is doing a giveaway for the bankroll decks but I don't understand why everyone is going bonkers over a deck with a print run of 5000. Jason is artificially creating a rarity simply by not selling them but using them as gifts and giveaways. They're his decks, he can do what he wants. The only reason I will even buy one of these decks, standard or heat edition, is to enter Paul's giveaway.

I guess it's been discussed before but I for one am making a statement with my wallet this time around.

Technically, you won't need to buy anything to enter, and there will be some other goodies which may be more desirable than these to some.

Stores will be receiving them today in the US and tomorrow in Europe (not sure about the rest of the World).

Wonder will the price be higher that the pre-order price?

Our price will not change once they are in stock. The second edition will not have the hard cases (apparently) so I would imagine a lower retail price for those may happen, and the first editions will be harder to find longer term.

Paul is right, the outer cases will not be part of the second edition of these decks. There'll be some difference in design between the editions as well to keep things interesting within the RUN playing card series.

I just got an email stating that my order will ship in 2-4 days.

Could we got some more court pictures? So far what's being touted ad nauseam are the fancy tucks, but I've yet to see all the courts.

I'm pretty sure you'll see pictures and videos of the decks very soon! I have a few decks on the way but I'm betting others will beat me to the punch since my parcel will need to cross the atlantic ocean first.

You mention no photoshop. What about filters and other camera effects (like fish eye)? Lots of people use camera phones now (me included) so I'd like this clarified.

You are welcome to use feature such as that, which are present on most smartphones.

Unfortunately, I don't have any of the necessary decks on hand. Gonna do my best to remember to do this as soon as I get home Wednesday.

I know this topic is not about our gi way, so apologies for this but if you want to enter you still have a day or two and we are now accepting entries with the theme "Christmas" (early I know) as well as winter, as there seems to be a lack of clarity probably caused by me!

Next weeks theme is slightly easier I promise.

Received my standard deck from Collectable Playing Cards today. I actually prefer the green color even if it's not as 'rare' since it matches US money look, although that Bankroll sure is purty! I hae no idea what I'll do with that tuck protective case though. Being a collector I keep it in the display case and the standard tuck fits better and looks so much better. This really would be a great deck to play with and then the case would make more sense, but I have far too many poker decks the way it is. Still, kind of wish I would have got an extra for that purpose, but too many others to get soon! I still don't care much for side tucks, but not a big deal, the embossing and design is great though! The cards handle great as expected and they look great, which is really saying something since they aren't that far off from standard. I'm really appreciating the 3 lines under the indexes in person, didn't really notice that before.

Sure, Paul! Just have someone sticky it for you. There's almost always at least one mod here because of the geographically dispersed group.

Back on topic to the decks. Mine came in and I love em. Love the hard case also. Well done.

These and the prohibition series are so super duper exclusive and expensive, no one is opening them.

I've yet to find any reviews on them actually showing the cards.
