Got mine in Canada today. Wrapped in 17 layers of boxing and envelopes, they looked like a football.

Well once again they gave me the wrong tracking number, I was not amused when I opened it and didn't find a Blaine deck in the package like I expected!

That why always ask after not receiving any news after a few days / a week

I had to exchange email for about a week, ask where is my order, what's going on, confirming tracking number and reconfirmed them..etc

I got the decks yesterday. However, I ordered 3 pairs of decks but I got only 3 decks. So, I contacted them. They said they will send me missing decks. So, I think they are just too busy to send tracking number to everyone. But they've really sent all the packages. Not so bad, just too few contacts with customer. Everyone will get the decks soon I think.

Anyone figured out what the Raven card is supposed to be? The Lion Face turns into Blaine's face when viewed from far away or at an angle. Really tripped me out at first. I was walking by and had the card face up on my close up pad and saw the face out of the corner of my eye and freaked out. I hadn't seen his instagram video that showed the illusion before. Still pretty insane since it is just a black and white drawing... Anyways, just wondering if the other card has any other features that I am missing.

What happened here most likely is Eddie's crew had to get crazy with shipping bricks and it slowed them down. I don't recall ever getting a brick box that was wrapped four (or five?) times in bubble wrap, tyvek, mo' bubble, mo' tyvek, etc. It took me ten minutes to cut my way in...

Oh I did that, they gave me 2 different tracking numbers but it turned it they were for other things they shipped me and not the Black Lions, it's a little irritating.

Mind taking a picture and showing it to us ? :)

If it takes this much effort to find the markings then I think it defeats the whole purpose of having markings in the first place. A magician needs to be able to easily and quickly identify the card without a lot of effort or squinting

It takes a lot of effort to figure out the marking system, means that spectators cannot find the marking system easily.
For magicians, once they know how it works, I believe the can identify the card without a lot of effort.

The only problem is the marking system is not taught or explained by anyone officially. But that also means secrets stay secrets. No layman could google and find this.

Damn, if no one said anything I would have NEVER figured this out. After 15 mins I finally see it!

Something that I see differently is that 2-7 is from top right to bottom left, and 8-A is top left to bottom right. Can anyone else confirm that? Or am I just convincing myself now.

Correct. Although I think the ace has no marking, or maybe just a single line. 2-7 one direction and 8-K the opposite way.

Ace is just a single line through the middle from the 8-K side. The interesting thing is that the line of spades is the line that cuts diagonally in half from top right to bottom left and the black line between the spades is the line that cuts diagonally in half from top left to bottom right.

I haven't spent any time looking into this, however Don Boyer has documented what he's found over on PCF with marked photos to show the values.

Hoping this helps, as it is a bit hard to describe.

I've found the values to be pretty easy to locate once you know what to look for. The 7's and 8's trick me sometimes. The suit I still can't get. Oh well half the battle is won. Hopefully I can win the other half

The suits are the only ones I found for a long time. Do a riffle and look at 4 symbols near the upper left.
