Bicycle Skull Playing Cards is another deck scheduled for release later this year.
The back design was taken from USPC archives, to reproduce a theme that is currently very popular. This back design is almost identical to the Bicycle Skull & Bones Playing Cards released last year by Conjuring Arts. Those decks featured a standard ace of spades and this one has a custom skull & crossbones ace of spades. In addition the skull on the back is slightly different and this deck will only be available in Air-Cushion Finish, where as the conjuring arts version was available in Air-Cushion Finish and an Ivory Finish. Release date is tentatively scheduled for August 1, 2013.
The front of the tuck case is probably the best part of the whole thing itself. However, I think the playing card community has seen it's fair share of skull cards and are probably sick of seeing so many. I'm also confused as to why the art doesn't seem to match together.

In case anyone else had their order delayed by Bicycle, I heard back from their customer service today saying that there was a delay in production and they are expecting to receive and ship the cards this Thursday.
