Why is that? I'll presume that you have an account on etsy, right?
The only reason that you are unable to proceed is if you haven't checked everything on check-out. For example Quantity is set by the default on one, but there is a "Box Option" below where you must select an option > one regular deck; or maybe an option double deck (different price of course). This has to be selected manually, if it's not - etsy wont let you to proceed.

Let me know did you had more trouble.

Makes no sense, ~$8 USD to ship one deck to the US seems more than reasonable! Even if he selects 2 decks he will pay the same, which will bring the shipping per deck to just ~$4 USD... So I also don't understand why shipping stops him...

Well, sorry bud I've already placed more then 50%off.... if you are bit closer, shipping wouldn't be a problem. Oversea's costs are frequently (not always) even more then 8$. And it's same price for everything under 0,5kg (thus same price for shipping of double deck). You can try to find someone who is near you and also want one deck, and split the shipping cost

There are a lot of packages so please be patient, everything will be shipped in next 10 days (and with tracking numbers).

I took advantage of the "buy three, get a fourth free" promotion. They divided the shipment up into two parcels (for customs purposes).
