Bicycle New Era (2015 edition)

Unread post by CBJ »

I've known about these for over a month, and I was trying to track down a gold edition before posting about them...

But, the silver edition popped up on Ebay today... so I guess the cat's out of the bag.

What's the different between the gold and silver besides the tuck and card backs?

To get the gold deck You had to spend a certain amount in store so basically forget that one.. The silver deck is the mass produced one

No, that is the original version...the gold deck for V2 is the exact same as the silver deck, but everything that is silver is gold instead...the two decks are side by side in the second picture above

Ugh, it's really the only deck I need. I recently scored the Bicycle Suncity, and Bicycle Stussy Rummy decks.

Some day I'll find it....

So Jay buddy. The other day on ebay I came across this guy who had 10 gold new era V1 decks for sale cheap. Apparently he had gotten a brick way back for doing work with New Era. Anyway I bought 1 immediately and was debating buying the other 9 but 1 was enough... 10 minutes later all 9 were gone when someone swoop in and bought 8 of the 9 decks

Anyway here it is

I think the V1 New Era gold deck can be easily found, it's the silver deck that I think no one has... I'm going to try and hunt down V1 Silver and V2 Gold when I go to Asia end of the year...

First of all on the V1 there are no silver decks (see above) only white ones which are common and gold which are extremely rare. Jay who has been hunting down the gold deck, has never seen one in 4 years on ebay. The V2 silvers are the common decks and again the gold is the rare one
