I'm not a magician, but I've always thought story based tricks with those decks would be pretty neat.

I agree, Eoghann! I just keep collecting decks and getting gaff cards, but never get to ser those in action. That would be awesome!
@Youngtomlin good work and pace, but I see the last images sidewas too! Also, your pics would benefit from a tripod, it's gotta be hard to shot and perform at the same time!

I could try and create a story based trick, that would be really cool!
. Can anyone else confirm that the pics of the Robocycle deck are sideways because they look fine from my POW. I really am no professional photographer and I take these picture with a Ipod Camera but I will try and get hold of a tripod. Thanks for the suggestions Eoghann and jsantafe
I am again really busy today (sorry)
. But I will post some more pics tomorrow
Thanks

So you use an iPod. I get that same problem with my iPhone or iPad. The way I fix it is I take the picture, then rotate the picture to any orientation dfferent from the one you just took and save it. Then rotate once more back to the desired orientation and save it. Always fixes it. I think it's due to the metadata saved in the picture telling it which way is up going cooky. Robocycle seems fine on my end. Artifice is rotated for instance.

Yeah thanks Eoghann, thanks for a tip, I will use that to rotate pictures if I don't need to crop them.
. Thanks for confirming that. The Artifice were the wrong way round as I used a different program
Thanks again

Here is my first rare deck on the thread. Sorry I haven't posted been busy
. Here is my Dan and Dave Magic Con 2012 deck. I didn't go Magic Con (as I live in the UK) but I loved the deck so I bought one separately. I loved the colour scheme and back design.
Here are the images
- Tuck Case
- Back Design
- Cards
- Giant Fan
Sorry this giant fan is poor. Thanks for looking. I will TRY and post some more soon.

Time to explain where I have been all this time. Well, I have been in and out of hospital which was not great and lots of other stuff has happened since July last year. I always wanted to come back to this collection and it has grown greatly now. I will post some pictures again. They wont be eveyday but they will be more often that they have been.
I am sorry for not posting because I think many people were liking my collection. Please ask, if you have any questions and stay tuned for some pictures (some time tommorow).
Thanks for your understanding and patience.

Hi there my friend.
Something Funky is going on with your pictures..The Run Heat deck looks fine but the "at the card table" & "Red wheel" decks look tall and thin..
I must get me a Red Wheel deck.... Thanks for posting

Yeah, I used different programs to resize them. Don't worry I will use the same one next time. The Red Wheel deck is pretty awesome though!

Hiya my friend
Loving having you back, some very nice decks
Where`s the Fan`s
You`ve mentioned that your a Magician. do you do mainly card magic?
Do you utilize Decks made for Magic (i.e Stripper decks, Marked decks ?) If yes, which is your favourite ?
I recently bought a "Paul Daniels" marked deck from 1984, bit before your time but my generation grew up watching the Paul Daniels Magic show on t.v , a nice memento of those times.
Do you use "Gaff" cards, what the best you`ve used, i like to see them in decks but can`t quite fathom out how they can be used for magic:lol:
Anyway ,great thread keep it coming

Hello Jock. I was doing the spread instead of the fan, as I thought it looks nicer and is easier to take a picture of. Can do the fan's if its preferred
Yes, I only do card magic, other magic is not my thing (tried a bit of coin magic, didn't like it though). I have a Invisible, Svengali and Stripper deck. Love all of them for different reasons. My favourite is probably the Svengali as the reactions are very strong. Don't use them too much though as I prefer having impromptu tricks so I can do them when I wan't
+ I have a few "inbuilt" marked decks (such as the Mechanics deck which I use quite a lot)
Paul Daniels was a legend. It was very sad when he passed away. He was my dad's favourite magician!
I do have a lot of Gaff cards in my decks, most common are the double backs and face. Love using the double face for "Here then There" which is a trick by David Blaine. It's very effective and gets some stunning reactions. There are some strange gaffs such as custom ones which I have never seen before. Such as the ones from the Black Scorpion deck. Blank faces are used a little bit, but I don't use them as I can never find an effective trick to use them in.
Hope this had answered you questions.
Sorry if I missed one typing very quickly
No deck today, lot of revision to do
Will do one tommorow though

Hi Tomlin, I myself am a fan of the fan, haha! Maybe because I'm completely incapable of doing a decent one.
I like very much this Hive deck!

I think this was my first Kings Wild Project deck too, really cool one! I got recently the Hound of the Baskerville deck but I have yet to open it.

Yeah, I really need to get the rest of the set and display them on a stand or something as this is the only Sherlock Holmes deck I have at the moment.

Sorry for no cards recently. Very busy and just got back from London for GCSE Shakespeare trip. I am afraid there will be none tommorow either as I am going for Day 2 of the trip to Stratford. Will be some on Saturday though.
Thanks everyone
