Can't Log In

Hi All, I access P52 intermittently and have always done so via FB login. Now it is saying:

App Not Setup
This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.


I have tried logging in other ways and resetting my password but am having absolutely no luck.

Please let me know where I can go for assistance.

Hi all,

Previously I noted that the Portfolio52 website was having some issues where users were trying to log in using the blue Facebook login option. Users were presented with the following message:

Unfortunately, this has yet to be resolved. HOWEVER, there is a work around for those who are still struggling to log in.
Just need to do the following:

1. Go to the log in page
2. Select "Forgot Your Password"
3. Enter the email that you use to log in with your Facebook account
4. You'll get an email to reset your password - this won't affect your Facebook login details. In fact you can use the same password

Make sure to check your spam/junk folder for the reset password email.

Unfortunately inputting my email address returns an error response.

Specifically "Whoops, looks like something went wrong."
