Ran across this somehow on eBay and snapped it up

Couldn't find anything else about it online - does anyone know more about these?

Printed by Cartamundi, Toy Inventors' Dinner Playing Cards, 098/170 - the listing said they are from 2016 but I can't confirm. EDIT: Yes I can, I'm just blind

And yes, the little game piece inside is what pushed me over the edge
