I can't believe they were pre-ordering Magnum Force back in August. I JUST received my decks a week ago (and they are badass). Is that common for RPC to do pre-orders before a campaign has fulfilled backers' orders?

RPC used to be quite reputable. I haven't ordered from them since they changed ownership. This is sad to hear.

Scummy thing to do to the creator however I do have to question and wonder why the creator sent him the decks before receiving a payment? Or whatever happened exactly.
