Oh it's hard to pick favourites I do like the Jack's pets, reminds me of the daemons in 'His Dark Materials' - the soul of the character, if you like.
Strongest characters for me (at the moment) are: QoD, JoH and KoH (though they're all great!)

Looking good :) I agree with the faces/heads needing a little more attention (line weight and maybe some hair colour too). I'd suggest making the small pips a bit smaller (so they match the width of the letter). This would also give more white space around the indices and help balance out the design...
